Series: I Only Have _ Days in Cappadocia. What Should I Do? Introduction

“I only have one day in Cappadocia. What do you think I should do?”


I get asked this quite a bit. Sometimes it is one day, sometimes two or more. In the past I have given my opinion or pointed them to different posts I have written that I thought would help them make the most of their time. But now I point people to this series.

How many days are you visiting Cappadocia?

Regardless of your answer this is the place for you as I cover up to 5+ days. I spell out how I would spend my time if I only had a certain number of days from 1 to 5+. By nature this will be subjective, and I invite you to chime in and leave comments on what you would do/did differently.

Are you alone? With a family/kids? With a group? Young? Old? Adventurous? Traditional? Interested in history? Culture? Botany? Which season? and on and on… I will try to include something for most but will assume you are coming to Cappadocia to see the sites rather than to simply get an adrenaline rush (i.e. climb t the top of every fair chimney). Please let me know if I have succeeded.
