Cappadocia Rainbow

The view from our balcony looking the opposite direction as last week’s photo on the same evening. As is clear from the contrast, I did not have a wide enough lens and so had to stitch two images together. It surely could be better, but it gives a sense of the wonder of seeing a full rainbow stretch over our Cappadocia village reminding us of God’s promise to Noah, which occurred 600 miles to the east on Mt. Ararat!

After I posted this photo I found a photo stitch program ((Hugin) and redid the photo. I decided to leave the original so you can see both.
