Spring 2012 has been especially wet in Cappadocia. The fields and flowers have not lacked for drink as the soothing rains have rolled in each afternoon. On this particular evening we watched the threatening skies develop from our balcony. Few things in life are as mystical and awesome as the approach of a thunderstorm.
I love the way the storm is followed by bright light and a blue sky indicating that in nature, as in life, storms bring cleansing and hope.
